There are very few people I say this about, but if Pat Lencioni writes it, you should read it.
After several top-selling business fables, this work brings together Pat’s best thinking around making your organization successful.
He is one of the few thinkers that I agree almost 100% with his approach and methodology.
Prepare to have your mind blown.
Using some pretty convincing research, Daniel Pink shows how, as leaders, we’ve been doing motivation all wrong.
I suggest reading this with an open mind and giving serious thought to it’s implications.
Not a leadership book per se, this little gem can help you understand how to present ideas in a way that get buy-in.
If you have ever had a difficult time convincing your boss or a customer of the merits of your new idea, this book can help you.
